About the Founder

Bardaels & Associates was founded by Bre Bardaels, an author and practitioner with advanced training in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Occupational Health Psychology. Currently at the dissertation stage of a PsyD in Human & Organizational Psychology, Bre integrates academic knowledge with real-world understanding, drawing on extensive experience in workforce development, community service, program design, and leadership to support people and organizations with clarity and compassion.

As a proud member of the Society of Indian Psychologists, Bre incorporates culturally grounded, Indigenous-informed practices into her work. She honors the holistic, relational approach that tribal knowledge offers, recognizing that healing, growth, and workplace well-being are deeply interconnected. This perspective strengthens her ability to create inclusive, people-centered strategies that respect the whole person and the whole system they operate in.

​Bre is committed to the highest ethical standards in consulting, leadership, and organizational practice, as demonstrated by her affiliation with the American Psychological Association. As a serving leader in the U.S. Army National Guard, Bre brings firsthand insight into the unique challenges, transitions, and strengths of individuals who dedicate their lives to serving their communities.
