Bre Bardaels, PsyD
Bre Bardaels founded Bardaels & Associates, Inc. with a clear mission: to help people build meaningful careers and support organizations in creating environments where individuals can truly thrive. Her work is grounded in Human & Organizational Psychology and Occupational Health Psychology, bridging research, real-world experience, and a deep understanding of how people navigate work and leadership.
With over 20 years of diverse professional experience and more than six years in workforce development, Bre brings a holistic perspective on human behavior, motivation, and organizational dynamics. As a military leader and workforce development professional, she has worked closely with individuals across industries and career stages, with specialized experience supporting service-connected populations, including military members, Veterans, law enforcement, and first responders.
