Through a structured 3-session diagnostic grounded in Human & Organizational Psychology, we assess key areas such as engagement, leadership, and organizational climate to identify strengths and opportunities for growth. You’ll walk away with clear insights and a tailored roadmap to help your organization perform, retain talent, and thrive. You will also get a highlight of what is working, what are you doing well and how you are ahead of your competitors. Each session is designed to be efficient and high-impact, ensuring you gain meaningful direction without disrupting your day-to-day operations.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To provide the highest level of service to all clients, Bardaels & Associates, Inc. maintains the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines: Deposits A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the cost of your scheduled service. Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More in Advance If you need to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be fully credited to your account and may be applied to a future session. You may reschedule at no additional cost, and your original deposit will transfer to the new appointment. Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are not eligible for deposit return or transfer. The deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book any future session. No-Shows Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and must submit a new deposit to schedule again. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours in advance and apply their deposit to the new date and time. Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a late cancellation.
