This course provides a practical framework for National Guard members transitioning back from AIT to the civilian workforce. You will learn to correctly format your contact information, choose between a professional objective and a summary, and translate complex MOS technical skills into civilian terms. The program covers specific rules for education hierarchy including AIT while excluding Basic Training and provides formatting guidelines for both entry-level and experienced candidates. Participants will learn how to structure their professional experience and military certifications to create a resume that stands out to civilian recruiters.
